How To Reset Your Digital Camera Settings
(If you mess them up)
FREEDOM & FORGIVENESS
Every digital camera has a Reset or Clear setting in the menu. I call it the Freedom and Forgiveness setting.
It gives you the freedom to explore your digital camera settings and forgiveness if you mess them up.
If you are on vacation or in the middle of a photo shoot and something gets messed up and you don’t know how to fix it knowing where this setting is located in the menu on your digital camera can be very helpful.
I was doing a one on one session with a person who had gone on YouTube and tried all these different things that they saw there and messed up their digital camera so bad it wouldn’t even focus.
They were going to send it into repair. I reset the settings to the original settings from the manufacturer and it focused again.
I had another person whose camera was shooting really dark photos because of a setting they’d messed up. They tried everything they could figure and nothing would work.
After resetting the camera to the factory settings the problem was solved.
